Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not upload or generate with Genjutsu AI, and how reports are handled.

Prohibited content

You may not upload photos for, or generate, any of the following:

  1. Pornography and sexual content: nudity, sexualized images, or any "undress" use.
  2. Violence and gore: graphic violence, or content that encourages harm or self-harm.
  3. Hate speech: content attacking people for who they are.
  4. Child safety: any image of a person under 18. Every person shown must be an adult.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: swapping one real person's identity onto another, intimate scenes of real people, or showing a real person saying or doing something to deceive or defame. Do not upload public figures or anyone who did not agree.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: material you have no right to use.

Upload rules

You may only upload your own photo, or a photo of an adult who gave you permission. You confirm this each time before a video is generated. Permission does not make any item in the list above allowed.

How we moderate

Uploaded photos and a frame of each finished video are checked automatically before you receive them, and we keep the results. Automated checks cannot confirm age or consent. We review reports by hand. Rejected or failed jobs do not use credits.

Enforcement

If you break this policy we may remove the content, suspend your account and forfeit remaining credits. You can appeal through the contact page.

Reporting

If a video shows you without permission or breaks these rules, report it on the contact page with a link or the file. We review reports and remove violating content, and we tell the reporter what we did.

AI disclosure

Everything generated here is AI-generated. Label it that way when you share it, and do not present it as real footage.
