The terms for using Genjutsu AI, an independent AI video tool.

These terms apply when you use Genjutsu AI at genjutsuai.studio ("the Service"). By using it you agree to them.
The Service
Genjutsu AI generates short videos from photos you upload and preset motion templates. Finished videos are generated with Kling 4.0. All output is AI-generated and may differ from your photo. Genjutsu AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Higgsfield.
Your account
You sign in with Google and must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your photos and your responsibility
You confirm that you own each photo you upload or have permission from everyone shown, and that everyone shown is 18 or older. You may not upload another person's photo without their consent. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.
Credits and payment
Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and credits do not expire. Payments are handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. A 5-second video uses 35 credits at 720p or 55 credits at 1080p. See the Refund Policy.
Your videos
Between you and us, you may use videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you follow these terms and the law. You are responsible for labelling them as AI-generated where required. Similar results may be generated for other users.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts and forfeit remaining credits when these terms are broken. You can appeal through the contact page.
No warranty and liability
The Service is provided as is. We do not promise a specific result or uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions go through the contact page.
