Failed videos

If a video fails, times out or does not pass our content check, its credits return to your balance automatically. A photo rejected at upload costs nothing.

Unused credits

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Request it through the contact page with the email on your order.

Used credits

Credits that were used for a finished video are not refundable, because the generation cost has already been paid. If a finished video is clearly broken, contact us and we will look at it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo, our merchant of record. The refunded pack's credits are removed from your balance.
