What Genjutsu AI collects, why, and how long it is kept.

What we collect
- Account: your name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in.
- Photos you upload and videos you generate.
- Payment records: order details from Waffo, our merchant of record. We never see your full card number.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referring site, country, device type and steps in the generator. Visits are recorded only after you interact with the page.
How we use it
To generate your videos, keep your account and credits working, prevent abuse, answer support requests and understand which pages are useful.
Who receives data
Your photos and the template clip are sent to the AI video service that runs Kling 4.0 to generate your video. Photos and a frame of each result are checked by OpenAI's moderation service. Payments go through Waffo, emails through Resend, and hosting runs on Cloudflare. We do not sell your data or use your photos for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Photos and videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them or close your account. To request deletion, use the contact page. You can also delete your account in settings. We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Cookies
We use cookies needed for sign-in and browser storage for a visitor ID and for photos you picked before signing in. Those photos stay in your browser and are removed after 24 hours.
Your rights and children
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data through the contact page. The Service is only for people 18 or older.
