How to Make a Genjutsu AI Video From One Photo

Pick a template, add one photo and generate a 5-second video. No source video and no prompt. Steps, photo tips and what it costs.

You can make a Genjutsu-style video from one photo on Genjutsu AI. Pick a motion template, add your photo and generate a 5-second clip with Kling 4.0. You don't need a source video and you don't write a prompt. A 720p clip uses 35 credits, about $1.37 on the $9 pack.

Steps

  1. Pick a template. There are six, from a neon rain close-up to a rooftop duet.
  2. Add your photo. The duet takes two photos, one per person.
  3. Confirm you have the right to use the photo, and that everyone in it is 18 or older and agreed.
  4. Sign in with Google and buy credits if you need them. Your photo stays in place while you do.
  5. Generate. It usually takes a few minutes, then you can download the video from My videos.

Which photo works best

  • Close-up templates: a clear photo of your face and shoulders, looking at the camera.
  • Walking and running templates: a full-body photo works better, because the clip shows your whole body.
  • One person per photo: group shots can confuse the result.
  • Good light: faces in shadow lose detail.

Results vary between generations, and fine details such as hands or faces can differ from your photo.

When this isn't the right tool

We don't support uploading your own motion video yet. If you want to copy the motion of a specific clip, compare the options in Genjutsu alternatives.
